Terms & Conditions

Clause No. 1

Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) define the rights and obligations of EASY MODE (SIREN: 877 555 383, SIRET: 877 555 383 00018, VAT: FR25877555383, RCS: 877 555 383 R.C.S. Bobigny, Share capital: €5,000) and its customer in the context of the sale of the following goods: clothing, accessories, and fashion products under the GG Luxe Paris brand. Any service provided by EASY MODE implies the buyer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

Clause No. 2

Prices

The prices of goods are those in effect on the day of the order. They are expressed in euros and exclude taxes. Applicable VAT and shipping costs will be added. EASY MODE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but commits to invoicing goods at the price indicated at the time of order confirmation.

Clause No. 3

Discounts and Rebates

Prices may include discounts or rebates granted by EASY MODE based on results or specific conditions agreed with the buyer.

Clause No. 4

Early Payment Discount

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Clause No. 5

Payment Terms

Orders may be paid by:

  • Cheque
  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer

Payments are due within 30 days following receipt of the goods.

Clause No. 6

Late Payment

In the event of late payment, penalties equal to three times the legal interest rate will apply to the outstanding amount (including taxes). A fixed compensation of €40 will also be due for recovery costs, in accordance with applicable law.

Clause No. 7

Termination Clause

If payment is not made within fifteen days after notice, the sale may be automatically cancelled and may give rise to damages in favor of EASY MODE.

Clause No. 8

Retention of Title

EASY MODE retains ownership of goods until full payment is received. In case of insolvency proceedings, EASY MODE reserves the right to reclaim unpaid goods.

Clause No. 9

Delivery

Delivery may be made by:

  • Direct handover to the buyer
  • Notification of availability for in-store pickup
  • Shipment to the address indicated by the buyer

Delivery times are indicative only. Delays do not entitle the buyer to compensation or cancellation. Transport risks are borne by the buyer.

Clause No. 10

Force Majeure

EASY MODE shall not be held liable for failure or delay due to force majeure events beyond its control, as defined by applicable law.

Clause No. 11

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bobigny.
